The Team

As a worker-owned co-operative each member has an equal ownership of the business and equal say in how it's run.

We feel that working for ourselves as well as each other has led to a much stronger work ethic and provides greater job satisfaction. Worker owned co-operatives are businesses that are owned and democratically controlled by their employee members according to co-operative principles.          

Each of our members started off as a specialist in their respective trade, having previously worked with and developed a passion for renewable energy. We are confident that our wealth of experience has equipped us with the ability to overcome any challenge that could occur during an installation, making sure we deliver the project on time and to budget. We manage the business together, but each of us has a specialised role.
